Learning and Development Consultant

Job Summary

To support a growing corporate team, the fully remote Learning and Development Consultant will design, develop, launch, and maintain engaging learning solutions while managing multiple high-priority initiatives for field team members and operators on a contract basis.

Key responsibilities:

• Create engaging learning experiences in various formats using adult learning principles
• Administer the Absorb LMS, including building, testing, and reporting on learning initiatives
• Develop onboarding and certification resources for new hires and existing employees

Required qualifications:

• Five or more years of experience in instructional design or corporate Learning & Development
• Strong experience administering an LMS and managing end-to-end learning projects
• Advanced proficiency with Articulate 360, including Storyline and Rise
• Experience developing training for varied audiences, including onboarding and compliance
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and modern L&D tools
