Job Summary
To support a growing team, the full-time remote Learning and Development Manager will design and implement role-based learning paths, manage the VertechLEADS program, and develop engaging leadership training initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Build and manage comprehensive learning paths for onboarding, upskilling, and career growth
- Oversee the VertechLEADS program, including curriculum development, scheduling, and continuous improvement
- Design and deliver engaging manager and leadership training programs while assessing capability gaps through data analysis and feedback
Required qualifications
- Four-year degree in Learning and Development, Human Resources, Education, Organizational Development, Business, or a related field
- Five years of progressive experience in learning and development or a related field
- Demonstrated experience in developing curriculum and delivering leadership training
- Experience in building role-based learning paths and blended learning programs
- Strong facilitation and presentation skills, along with project management capabilities
