Learning and Development Project Manager

Job Summary

To support the successful execution of client projects, the full-time salaried Learning and Development Project Manager will lead the planning and implementation of complex, multi-solution engagements remotely, ensuring customer satisfaction and effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle, from initiation to closing, ensuring seamless delivery of solutions to clients
• Oversee project financials, including budgeting, billing, and invoicing, while maintaining communication with stakeholders on project status
• Coordinate internal and external meetings, document outcomes, and provide quality assurance oversight for project deliverables

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in project management
• 3+ years of experience managing large, complex projects in a training or consulting environment
• Strong understanding of effective management practices and business operations
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
• Experience with project management tools such as Smartsheets and Salesforce
