Learning and Development Specialist

Job Summary

To support a growing organization, the full-time Learning and Development Specialist will develop and deliver engaging courses and materials remotely, ensuring that colleagues have the necessary knowledge and tools to succeed.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate ongoing new clinician orientation sessions for Psychiatrists, Nurse Practitioners, and Therapists
• Develop content for live educational experiences and eLearning modules for corporate and clinical populations
• Collaborate across corporate and clinical teams to create additional learning materials and contribute to L&D strategy

Required qualifications

• Two years of experience in delivering and developing courses for adult learners in a professional setting
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications and virtual collaboration tools
• Experience using and managing content within a learning management system (LMS)
• Experience with instructional design software to create dynamic learning experiences
• Bachelor's Degree required
