Learning and Development Specialist

Job Summary

To enhance global learning initiatives, the part-time HR Specialist - Learning and Development will design and implement corporate learning programs, focusing on leadership development while working remotely and coordinating with various stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop strategies for conducting learning needs analysis and annual learning plans
• Lead organizational learning projects, primarily focusing on leadership development programs, ensuring timely delivery and budget management
• Manage procurement processes and vendor relationships for external learning services

Required qualifications

• Advanced University degree (Masters or equivalent) in Human Resources management, Business Administration, or related fields, or a First University degree with 7 years of relevant experience
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Project Management and Corporate Learning & Development in an international environment
• Experience working with external training providers and leadership development programs is highly desired
• Fluent in English; proficiency in French and Spanish is desirable
