Learning and Development Specialist

Job Summary

To support employee readiness and technology adoption, the remote Learning and Development Specialist will develop and deliver training programs, create engaging learning materials, and facilitate user adoption initiatives across multiple technology platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deliver instructor-led, virtual, and self-paced training programs for employees
• Create engaging learning materials including presentations, job aids, and process documentation
• Support employee adoption of business systems and facilitate new system launches and enhancements

Required qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in corporate training, learning and development, or instructional design
• Experience creating training content and learning materials
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications including PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint
• Experience supporting software implementations or system rollouts
• Familiarity with learning management systems and digital learning tools
