Learning and Development Specialist
Job Summary
Supporting the design and delivery of training programs, the full-time Learning and Development Specialist will enhance employee performance and operational effectiveness in a remote role based in Georgia.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in the design and development of training programs, materials, and learning tools
- Facilitate training sessions (both virtual and in-person) and deliver onboarding and compliance training
- Partner with managers to identify training needs and recommend improvements to training content and delivery
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 2+ years of training, coaching, or related experience
- Experience in supporting program development and delivery
