Learning and Development Specialist
Job Summary
To support a growing global team, the full-time remote Learning and Development Specialist will design and deliver training programs, manage the onboarding process, and partner with team leads on development plans across multiple countries.
Key responsibilities
- Design and run training programs for individual contributors and managers, delivering sessions live and remotely
- Own the onboarding experience from offer to day 90, continuously improving it based on feedback
- Conduct regular check-ins and collaborate with team leads on employee development plans
Required qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience in Learning and Development or training, with a focus on building and delivering programs
- Proficient in professional English at C1/C2 level
- Experience speaking in front of groups and facilitating training sessions
- Familiarity with LMS platforms is a plus
- Exposure to performance review cycles or compensation structures is advantageous
