Learning and Development Specialist

Job Summary

Seeking a hands-on and organized Learning and Development Specialist, this remote full-time position will manage the day-to-day operations of the learning management system, develop learning and compliance reporting, and uphold standards for learning content while collaborating with employees and cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the learning platform, including user access, enrollments, and course publishing
• Build and maintain reporting to support decisions related to learning programs and compliance training
• Steward AI-enabled learning workflows, ensuring accuracy and usefulness of learning agents

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in learning and development, learning operations, or related employee-facing programs
• Strong organizational skills, particularly in managing content and data
• Comfort with digital systems and troubleshooting routine issues
• Experience with spreadsheets and reporting tools for data organization and updates
• Curiosity about AI and automation, with a careful approach to verifying outputs for accuracy
