Learning and Development Specialist

Job Summary

Owning the care team training program from strategy to delivery, the remote Learning and Development Specialist will design and implement new hire training, track employee progress, and continuously improve training content based on performance data and feedback.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the care team training program, including new hire training, assessments, and ongoing learning initiatives
• Monitor new hire ramp-up progress and identify training gaps through quality audits and performance data
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure training content remains current and accurate

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in owning training programs from strategy through delivery and improvement
• Background in designing and implementing training for high-volume support or care teams, preferably in healthcare or telemedicine
• Ability to analyze performance data to identify training gaps and measure training effectiveness
• Strong organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Familiarity with learning management systems and training tools
