Learning and Development Specialist

Job Summary

To support the design and delivery of engaging training programs, the remote Learning and Development Specialist will collaborate with leadership, assess training needs, and create customized learning experiences for educators and instructional staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with leadership to design and implement training programs for educators across various educational services
• Research educational trends and methodologies to identify opportunities for training and continuous improvement
• Create engaging digital learning content and deliver training presentations for stakeholders in K-12 and higher education environments

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in education, instructional training, or learning and development
• Experience designing instructional materials and digital learning content
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
• Reliable high-speed internet access and legal authorization to work in the United States
