Learning and Development Specialist

Job Summary

Supporting the People Team in designing impactful learning programs, the full-time remote Learning and Development Specialist will manage the development and implementation of various learning interventions, collaborating with leaders and Subject Matter Experts to enhance employee performance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage learning programs from design to evaluation and implementation with managerial guidance
• Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts to develop learning interventions using diverse modalities, including AI-assisted content creation
• Facilitate training sessions and workshops, staying updated on learning trends and technologies, particularly in AI

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in developing and implementing learning programs
• Experience with various learning modalities, including e-learning and instructional design models
• Familiarity with generative AI tools for content creation and editing
• Experience in training facilitation
• Interest in employee performance and enablement
