Learning and Quality Specialist

Job Summary

To support the continued growth and performance of the Learning & Development team, the full-time Learning and Quality Specialist will ensure training effectiveness, audit compliance, and oversee onboarding sessions while driving accountability across all learning programs in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Conduct regular audits of trainer delivery and adherence to training materials
• Provide structured coaching and feedback to trainers to enhance effectiveness and engagement
• Track and report on new hire training progress and partner with supervisors to identify support needs

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree
• 2-3 years of experience in training, facilitation, quality assurance, or learning & development, preferably in a warehouse or operations environment
• Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience
• Strong proficiency in Google Sheets, including formulas and reporting
• Proactive problem-solver with a solutions-first mindset
