Key Responsibilities

• Transform design blueprints and raw material into cohesive learning modules and training packages
• Create visually appealing content for effective virtual delivery
• Write facilitator guides and embed instructions to support consistent delivery and manage classroom dynamics

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Communications, or a related field
• Strong proficiency in presentation software and document creation tools
• Ability to adapt writing style to match a warm and empathetic brand voice
• Experience designing user-centric learning experiences
• Familiarity with virtual training platforms is preferred
