Seeking an entry-level Learning Architect, the remote position will focus on developing and delivering polished learning materials, transforming high-level outlines into cohesive content while supporting facilitators and enhancing learner engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Transform design blueprints and raw materials into cohesive learning modules and training packages
• Create visually appealing content for virtual delivery, ensuring smooth functionality on platforms like Zoom or Teams
• Develop comprehensive facilitator guides and participant resources to enhance instructional delivery and learner application

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Communications, or a related field
• Strong proficiency in presentation software (Google Slides, PowerPoint) and content management systems
• Ability to adapt writing style to match a warm, empathetic, and conversational brand voice
• Design experiences that are empathetic to learners' needs and environments
