Learning Change Specialist
Job Summary
Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, the full-time remote Learning Change Specialist will create audience-specific communications to support technology releases, user readiness, and adoption for a federal customer.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and execute stakeholder communications aligned to releases, training, onboarding, and workflow changes
- Develop reusable materials such as Campaign in a Box content, announcements, and FAQs
- Track engagement and feedback to improve communications and maintain version-controlled products
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in communications, public relations, organizational development, marketing, or related field; equivalent relevant experience considered
- 3+ years of experience in internal communications, change communications, or stakeholder engagement
- Experience planning communications for enterprise system implementations or releases
- Excellent writing, editing, presentation, and message-tailoring skills
