Learning Change Specialist
Job Summary
To support a federal customer in adopting coordinated IT service processes, the full-time remote Learning Change Specialist will develop change impact assessments, create role-based guidance, and facilitate stakeholder engagement for SIAM processes and ITSM workflows.
Key responsibilities
- Develop change impact assessments and adoption plans for SIAM processes and ITSM workflows
- Create communications, briefings, job aids, and targeted training for service teams and stakeholders
- Collect feedback and measure adoption, process compliance, and recurring points of friction
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in organizational development, communications, business, information systems, or related field; equivalent relevant experience considered
- 4+ years of organizational change management, process adoption, or IT service transformation experience
- Experience facilitating stakeholder engagement, impact assessments, communications, and training
- Working knowledge of ITIL/ITSM processes and cross-functional service delivery
