Learning Consultant

Job Summary

To support organizational talent development, the full-time Learning Consultant will manage learning initiatives from analysis through design and evaluation, collaborating with stakeholders to create effective learning solutions that enhance individual and organizational performance, with the option to work remotely or from office locations.

Key responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with business leaders and stakeholders, facilitating strategic discussions on talent development
• Conduct needs analysis and design evidence-informed learning solutions aligned with business objectives
• Lead multiple learning projects, ensuring quality and timely delivery while communicating progress and challenges to stakeholders

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in instructional design, adult education, organizational development, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in consulting with business leaders on learning and development needs
• 5+ years of experience applying adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies in corporate settings
• Proficiency with learning management systems and authoring tools such as Articulate Rise or Adobe Captivate
• Strong skills in project management, stakeholder management, and facilitating discussions with leaders and teams
