Learning Consultant

Job Summary

Managing the development and delivery of training programs, the full-time Learning Consultant will focus on retention strategies within the Medicare line of business while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Facilitate new hire and ongoing training programs
• Conduct needs analysis and evaluate learning program objectives for continuous improvement
• Research industry trends and recommend updates to training content and structure

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Learning & Development, Training, Learning Design, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in learning and development, including adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
• Experience in a healthcare or managed care setting is preferred
• Background in performance consulting and root cause analysis
• Medicare Sales experience, preferably in retention
