Learning Consultant

Job Summary

To support organizational development, the full-time Learning Consultant will manage learning initiatives from analysis through design and implementation, collaborating with stakeholders to create effective training solutions, either in-office or remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with business leaders and stakeholders to identify talent development needs
• Design, develop, and evaluate various learning experiences using adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
• Lead multiple learning projects, coordinating activities and communicating progress to stakeholders

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in instructional design, adult education, organizational development, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in consulting with business leaders on learning and development needs
• 5+ years of experience applying instructional design methodologies in corporate settings
• Proficiency with virtual collaboration technologies and learning management systems
• Strong skills in project management and stakeholder engagement
