Learning Consultant

Job Summary

To support business leaders and enhance workforce capabilities, the full-time Learning Consultant will manage learning initiatives from needs analysis through design and evaluation, collaborating with stakeholders to develop tailored learning solutions that align with organizational goals, either in-office or remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with business leaders and stakeholders to identify talent development needs
• Design and implement a variety of learning solutions using adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
• Lead multiple learning projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and effective communication of project status

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in instructional design, adult education, organizational development, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience consulting with business leaders to identify learning and development needs
• 5+ years of experience in applying instructional design methodologies in corporate settings
• Proficiency with virtual collaboration technologies and learning management systems
• Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
