Learning Consultant

Job Summary

To support organizational growth, the Learning Consultant will manage learning initiatives, conduct needs analysis, and design tailored solutions while collaborating with stakeholders, either remotely or from an office location.

Key responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with business leaders and facilitate strategic discussions on talent development
• Design and implement various learning experiences and solutions that apply adult learning principles
• Lead multiple learning projects from analysis through implementation, ensuring alignment with business objectives

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in instructional design, adult education, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in consulting with business leaders on learning and development needs
• 5+ years of experience applying instructional design methodologies in corporate settings
• Proficiency with virtual collaboration technologies and learning management systems
• Strong skills in project management and stakeholder management
