Learning Consultant

Job Summary

To support talent development initiatives, the full-time Learning Consultant will manage learning projects from analysis through implementation and evaluation, building relationships with stakeholders and designing evidence-based learning solutions, with the flexibility to work remotely or from office locations.

Key responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with business leaders and stakeholders to identify and address learning and development needs
• Design, develop, and evaluate a variety of learning experiences and solutions that align with strategic business objectives
• Lead multiple learning projects, coordinating activities and communicating progress to ensure quality and achievement of business goals

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in instructional design, adult education, organizational development, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience consulting with business leaders to identify learning needs and recommend solutions
• 5+ years of experience applying adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies in corporate settings
• Proficiency with virtual collaboration technologies and learning management systems
• Strong skills in project management, facilitation, and stakeholder management
