Learning Consultant

Job Summary

To support business leaders in enhancing workforce capabilities, the full-time Learning Consultant will manage learning initiatives from discovery to evaluation, leveraging instructional design expertise and strong consulting skills, with the option to work remotely or from office locations.

Key responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with stakeholders and consult on talent development strategies
• Conduct needs analysis and design various learning solutions aligned with business objectives
• Lead learning projects, coordinating activities and communicating project status to stakeholders

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in instructional design, adult education, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in consulting on learning and development needs
• 5+ years of experience applying adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
• Experience managing multiple projects and collaborating across functions
• Proficiency with virtual collaboration technologies and learning management systems
