Learning Consultant

Job Summary

To support organizational growth, the full-time Learning Consultant will manage learning initiatives from analysis through implementation and evaluation, collaborating with stakeholders to design evidence-based solutions that enhance workforce capabilities, either in-office or remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with business leaders and stakeholders to identify talent development needs
• Conduct needs analysis and design a variety of learning solutions aligned with strategic business objectives
• Lead multiple learning projects, ensuring quality and timely delivery while communicating progress to stakeholders

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in instructional design, adult education, organizational development, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in consulting with business leaders on learning and development needs
• 5+ years of experience applying adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies in corporate settings
• Proficiency with virtual collaboration technologies and learning management systems
• Strong project management skills and ability to collaborate across functions
