Learning Consultant

Job Summary

To support talent development initiatives, the full-time Learning Consultant will manage learning projects from analysis through implementation and evaluation, collaborating with business leaders and stakeholders to design effective learning solutions that align with organizational goals, either remotely or from one of the office locations.

Key responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with business leaders and stakeholders to identify learning and development needs
• Design, develop, and evaluate a variety of learning experiences using adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
• Lead multiple learning projects, coordinating activities and communicating progress to stakeholders

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in instructional design, adult education, organizational development, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in consulting with business leaders on learning and development needs
• 5+ years of experience applying instructional design methodologies in corporate settings
• Proficiency with virtual collaboration technologies and learning management systems
• Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
