Learning Consultant

Job Summary

To support talent development initiatives, the full-time Learning Consultant will collaborate with business leaders and stakeholders to identify learning needs, design effective solutions, and manage multiple projects, with the flexibility to work remotely or from office locations.

Key responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with stakeholders and facilitate strategic discussions on talent development
• Conduct needs analysis and design, develop, and implement a variety of learning experiences aligned with business objectives
• Lead learning projects from analysis through implementation, ensuring quality and alignment with organizational goals

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in instructional design, adult education, organizational development, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in consulting with business leaders on learning and development needs
• 5+ years of experience applying adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies in corporate settings
• Proficiency with virtual collaboration technologies and learning management systems
• Strong skills in project management and stakeholder management
