Learning Consultant

Job Summary

To support business area leaders in enhancing workforce capabilities, the full-time Learning Consultant will manage learning initiatives from needs analysis through design and implementation, collaborating with stakeholders to develop effective training solutions, either remotely or onsite.

Key responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with stakeholders and facilitate strategic discussions on talent development
• Conduct needs analysis and design evidence-informed learning solutions aligned with business objectives
• Lead multiple learning projects, ensuring effective communication and management of project timelines and deliverables

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in instructional design, adult education, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in consulting on learning and development needs
• 5+ years of experience applying instructional design methodologies in corporate settings
• Proficiency with learning management systems and virtual collaboration technologies
• Strong project management and facilitation skills
