Learning Consultant

Job Summary

To drive business results and enhance workforce capabilities, the full-time Learning Consultant will partner with business leaders and stakeholders to identify talent development needs, design and implement learning solutions, and manage multiple projects in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with stakeholders and facilitate strategic discussions on talent development
• Conduct needs analysis and design evidence-informed learning solutions aligned with business objectives
• Lead learning projects from analysis through implementation and evaluation, ensuring quality and responsiveness

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in instructional design, adult education, organizational development, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in consulting with business leaders on learning and development needs
• 5+ years of experience applying adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
• Proficiency with virtual collaboration technologies and learning management systems
• Strong skills in project management, stakeholder management, and facilitation
