Learning Consultant

Job Summary

To support talent development initiatives, the full-time Learning Consultant will manage learning projects from analysis through implementation and evaluation, collaborating with stakeholders to design and deliver effective learning solutions in a hybrid work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with business leaders and stakeholders to identify learning needs and consult on development strategies
• Conduct needs analysis and design a variety of engaging learning experiences, including instructor-led and self-paced solutions
• Lead multiple learning projects, creating project plans and communicating progress to ensure alignment with organizational goals

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in instructional design, adult education, organizational development, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience consulting with business leaders to identify learning and development needs
• 5+ years of experience applying adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies in corporate settings
• Proficiency with virtual collaboration technologies, learning management systems, and authoring tools
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and collaborate effectively across functions
