Learning Consultant

Job Summary

To support business leaders in talent development, the part-time Learning Consultant will identify learning needs, design and implement effective training solutions, and manage multiple projects remotely while fostering collaborative relationships with stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Consult with business leaders to identify development needs and facilitate strategic discussions on learning solutions
• Design, develop, and evaluate a variety of learning experiences, applying adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
• Manage learning projects from analysis through implementation, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and effective communication with stakeholders

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in instructional design, adult education, organizational development, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in consulting with business leaders on learning and development needs
• 5+ years of experience applying instructional design methodologies to create diverse learning solutions
• Proficiency with virtual collaboration technologies and learning management systems
• Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
