Learning Consultant

Job Summary

To support business leaders and stakeholders, the Learning Consultant will manage learning initiatives from analysis through design and evaluation, leveraging instructional design expertise in a full-time, remote or onsite capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with stakeholders and consult on talent development strategies
• Conduct needs analysis and design evidence-informed learning solutions aligned with business objectives
• Lead multiple learning projects, ensuring effective communication and coordination across teams

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in instructional design, adult education, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in consulting on learning and development needs
• 5+ years of experience applying adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
• Proficiency with virtual collaboration technologies and learning management systems
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills
