Learning Consultant

Job Summary

To support talent development initiatives, the full-time Learning Consultant will partner with business leaders and stakeholders to design and implement learning solutions that enhance workforce capabilities, utilizing evidence-based strategies and strong consulting skills, with the option to work remotely or from an office location.

Key responsibilities

• Consult with stakeholders to identify learning needs and develop tailored solutions that align with business objectives
• Design, develop, and evaluate various learning experiences, including instructor-led and self-paced formats, applying adult learning principles
• Manage multiple learning projects, ensuring effective communication and coordination among stakeholders while tracking progress and outcomes

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in instructional design, adult education, organizational development, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in consulting on learning and development needs in corporate settings
• Proficiency in instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles
• Experience managing multiple projects and collaborating across functions
• Familiarity with virtual collaboration technologies and learning management systems
