Learning Consultant

Job Summary

To support talent development initiatives, the part-time Learning Consultant will partner with business leaders and stakeholders to identify learning needs, design solutions, and manage multiple projects while ensuring alignment with organizational goals, either remotely or from an office location.

Key Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with stakeholders and serve as a learning and development advisor
• Conduct needs analysis and design a variety of learning solutions that apply adult learning principles
• Lead learning projects from analysis through implementation and evaluation, ensuring effective communication and documentation

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in instructional design, adult education, organizational development, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in consulting with business leaders on learning and development needs
• 5+ years of experience applying instructional design methodologies in corporate settings
• Proficiency with virtual collaboration technologies and learning management systems
• Strong skills in project management and stakeholder management
