Learning Consultant

Job Summary

To support talent development initiatives, the full-time Learning Consultant will manage learning projects from analysis through implementation and evaluation, partnering with business leaders and stakeholders to design effective learning solutions, either remotely or from an office location.

Key responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with stakeholders and consult on development strategies and best practices
• Conduct needs analysis to identify business challenges and design evidence-informed learning solutions
• Lead learning projects, creating project plans and coordinating activities across stakeholders

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in instructional design, adult education, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in consulting on learning and development needs
• 5+ years of experience applying adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
• Proficiency with virtual collaboration technologies and learning management systems
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills
