Learning Consultant

Job Summary

To support talent development initiatives, the full-time Learning Consultant will partner with business leaders and stakeholders to identify learning needs and design impactful solutions, managing multiple projects and leveraging instructional design expertise in a remote or office-based environment.

Key responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with stakeholders and consult on talent development strategies
• Conduct needs analysis and design a variety of learning solutions aligned with business objectives
• Lead learning projects from analysis through implementation and evaluation, ensuring quality and responsiveness

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in instructional design, adult education, or a related field
• 5+ years' experience in consulting on learning and development needs in corporate settings
• 5+ years' experience applying adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
• Experience managing multiple projects and collaborating across functions
• Proficiency with virtual collaboration technologies and learning management systems
