Learning Consultant

Job Summary

To drive talent development initiatives, the full-time Learning Consultant will manage learning projects from analysis through implementation, collaborating with business leaders and stakeholders to design effective learning solutions, either remotely or from an office location.

Key responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with stakeholders and facilitate strategic discussions on development strategies
• Conduct needs analysis and design a variety of learning experiences that align with business objectives
• Lead projects, coordinating activities across teams and communicating project status and outcomes

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in instructional design, adult education, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in consulting on learning and development needs
• Proven expertise in applying adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in a corporate setting
• Proficiency with virtual collaboration technologies and learning management systems
