Learning Consultant

Job Summary

To support talent development initiatives, the full-time Learning Consultant will manage learning projects from analysis through implementation and evaluation, collaborating with stakeholders to design and deliver effective learning solutions, either remotely or from an office location.

Key responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with business leaders and stakeholders to identify learning needs and develop strategic solutions
• Conduct needs analysis and design a variety of learning experiences that apply adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
• Lead multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and effective communication of project status

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in instructional design, adult education, organizational development, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in consulting with business leaders on learning and development needs
• 5+ years of experience applying instructional design methodologies in corporate settings
• Proficiency with virtual collaboration technologies and learning management systems
• Strong project management skills and ability to collaborate across functions
