Learning Consultant

Job Summary

To support talent development initiatives, the full-time Learning Consultant will manage learning projects from analysis through implementation and evaluation, collaborating with business leaders and stakeholders to design evidence-based learning solutions, while working either onsite or remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with stakeholders and consult on development strategies and learner engagement
• Conduct needs analysis to identify business challenges and recommend aligned learning solutions
• Lead learning projects, coordinating activities and documenting project status, risks, and recommendations

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in instructional design, adult education, organizational development, or a related field
• 5+ years' experience in consulting with business leaders on learning and development needs
• 5+ years' experience applying adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
• Proficiency with virtual collaboration technologies and learning management systems
• Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate effectively across functions
