Learning Consultant

Job Summary

To support talent development initiatives, the full-time Learning Consultant will manage learning projects from analysis through implementation and evaluation, collaborating with business leaders and stakeholders to design effective learning solutions, either remotely or in-office.

Key responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with stakeholders and consult on development strategies and best practices
• Conduct needs analysis and design, develop, and evaluate various learning experiences and resources
• Lead learning projects, coordinating activities and documenting project status to ensure alignment with business objectives

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in instructional design, adult education, organizational development, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience consulting with business leaders on learning and development needs
• 5+ years of experience applying instructional design methodologies in corporate settings
• Proficiency with virtual collaboration technologies and learning management systems
• Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
