Learning Consultant

Job Summary

To support talent development initiatives, the full-time Learning Consultant will manage learning projects from analysis through implementation and evaluation, collaborating with business leaders and stakeholders in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with business leaders and stakeholders to identify learning and development needs
• Design and implement a variety of learning solutions, applying adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
• Lead multiple learning projects, coordinating activities across stakeholders and documenting project status and outcomes

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in instructional design, adult education, organizational development, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience consulting with business leaders on learning and development needs
• 5+ years of experience in applying instructional design methodologies in corporate settings
• Proficiency with virtual collaboration technologies and learning management systems
• Strong skills in project management, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement
