Learning Consultant

Job Summary

To support talent development initiatives, the full-time Learning Consultant will manage learning projects from analysis through implementation and evaluation, building relationships with stakeholders and designing evidence-based learning solutions, with the option to work remotely or from office locations.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct needs analysis to identify business challenges and recommend aligned learning solutions
• Design and implement a variety of learning experiences, including instructor-led and self-paced formats
• Lead multiple learning projects, coordinating activities and communicating progress to stakeholders

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in instructional design, adult education, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in consulting with business leaders on learning and development needs
• 5+ years of experience applying adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
• Proficiency with virtual collaboration technologies and learning management systems
• Strong skills in project management, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement
