Learning Consultant

Job Summary

To support organizational development, the full-time Learning Consultant will manage learning initiatives from analysis through implementation and evaluation, collaborating with stakeholders to design and deliver effective training solutions, either onsite or remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with business leaders and stakeholders to identify talent development needs
• Design and implement a variety of learning solutions, including instructor-led, blended, and self-paced experiences
• Lead multiple learning projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and effective communication of project status

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in instructional design, adult education, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in consulting with business leaders on learning and development needs
• 5+ years of experience in applying adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
• Proficiency with virtual collaboration technologies and learning management systems
• Strong skills in project management and stakeholder engagement
