Learning Consultant

Job Summary

To support talent development initiatives, the full-time Learning Consultant will manage learning projects from analysis through implementation and evaluation, collaborating with stakeholders to design effective learning solutions that align with business goals, while working either onsite or remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with business leaders and stakeholders to identify learning needs and develop strategies
• Design, develop, and evaluate a variety of learning experiences, applying adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
• Lead multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring quality and alignment with organizational objectives while communicating progress to stakeholders

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in instructional design, adult education, organizational development, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in consulting with business leaders to identify learning and development needs
• 5+ years of experience applying instructional design methodologies in corporate settings
• Proficiency with virtual collaboration technologies and learning management systems
• Strong project management skills and ability to collaborate across functions
