Learning Consultant

Job Summary

To support organizational development, the full-time Learning Consultant will partner with business leaders to identify talent development needs and design effective learning solutions, managing multiple projects in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with stakeholders and facilitate strategic discussions on development strategies
• Conduct needs analysis and design, develop, implement, and evaluate various learning experiences and solutions
• Lead learning projects from analysis through implementation, ensuring alignment with business objectives and effective communication of project status

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in instructional design, adult education, organizational development, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience consulting with business leaders to identify learning and development needs
• 5+ years of experience applying adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies in corporate settings
• Proficiency with virtual collaboration technologies and learning management systems
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and collaborate effectively across functions
