Learning Consultant

Job Summary

To support talent development initiatives, the full-time Learning Consultant will manage learning projects from analysis through implementation and evaluation, collaborating with business leaders and stakeholders to design effective learning solutions that align with organizational goals, with the option to work remotely or from an office location.

Key responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with business area leaders and stakeholders to identify learning needs and consult on development strategies
• Design, develop, and evaluate a variety of learning experiences, applying adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
• Lead multiple learning projects, creating project plans and documenting progress while ensuring alignment with business objectives

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in instructional design, adult education, organizational development, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience consulting with business leaders on learning and development needs
• 5+ years of experience applying instructional design methodologies in corporate settings
• Proficiency with learning management systems and authoring tools such as Articulate and Adobe Captivate
• Strong project management skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across functions
