Learning Consultant

Job Summary

To support business objectives, the full-time Learning Consultant will manage learning initiatives from analysis through design and evaluation, collaborating with stakeholders to develop tailored solutions that enhance workforce capabilities, either onsite or remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with business leaders and stakeholders to identify talent development needs and strategies
• Design, develop, and implement a variety of learning solutions, including instructor-led and self-paced experiences
• Lead multiple learning projects, coordinating activities and communicating progress to ensure alignment with business goals

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in instructional design, adult education, organizational development, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in consulting with business leaders on learning and development needs
• 5+ years of experience applying adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies in corporate settings
• Proficiency with virtual collaboration technologies and learning management systems
• Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
