Learning Consultant

Job Summary

To support organizational talent development, the full-time Learning Consultant will manage learning initiatives from analysis through design and implementation, collaborating with stakeholders to create effective training solutions, either remotely or from an office location.

Key responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with business leaders and stakeholders to identify learning needs and development strategies
• Design and implement evidence-informed learning solutions, including instructor-led, blended, and self-paced experiences
• Lead multiple learning projects, coordinating activities and communicating progress to ensure alignment with business objectives

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in instructional design, adult education, organizational development, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience consulting with business leaders on learning and development needs
• 5+ years of experience applying adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies in corporate settings
• Proficiency with virtual collaboration technologies and learning management systems
• Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
