Learning Consultant

Job Summary

To support business area leaders and stakeholders, the full-time Learning Consultant will manage learning initiatives from needs analysis through design and implementation, leveraging instructional design expertise and consulting skills, with the option to work remotely or from an office location.

Key responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with stakeholders and consult on talent development strategies
• Conduct needs analysis to design and implement evidence-informed learning solutions
• Lead multiple learning projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and effective communication of project status

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in instructional design, adult education, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in consulting on learning and development needs
• 5+ years of experience applying adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
• Proficiency with virtual collaboration technologies and learning management systems
• Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate across functions effectively
