Learning Consultant

Job Summary

To support talent development initiatives, the full-time Learning Consultant will manage learning projects from analysis through implementation and evaluation, collaborating with business leaders and stakeholders to design effective learning solutions, either remotely or from office locations.

Key responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with business leaders and stakeholders to consult on development strategies and learner engagement
• Conduct needs analysis to identify business challenges and recommend evidence-informed learning solutions aligned with strategic objectives
• Lead learning projects, creating project plans and coordinating activities while documenting progress and communicating with stakeholders

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in instructional design, adult education, organizational development, or a related field
• 5+ years' experience consulting with business leaders to identify learning and development needs
• 5+ years' experience applying adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies in corporate settings
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously and collaborating across functions
• Proficiency with virtual collaboration technologies and learning management systems
